How to Activate the pi cup

 Steps

 1.  Put hot water not boiled into the cup fill to the mark where the cover touches the water and leave for 30mins. 

 2. After 30mins Shake the the water in the pi cup rigorously for 3mins and pour it out.

 3. Repeat same process again.

 4. After this repeated step poor warm water into the pi cup and leave for 5mins. 

 5. After 5 mins shake the cup with the water inside rigorously and poor it out.
6. this step you just put room temperature water and rinse the cup. Rinse thoroughly until water becomes very clear then it is OK for use.
SERVICING OF PI CUP

 STEPS:

 1. Put 20% vinegar into the pi cup and add 80% warm water in the cup. 

 2. Cover the cup with the cover but *DONT CLOSE IT TIGHT SO IT WILL NOT LOCK* allow air space and water to come out of it if you shake it. 

 3. Shake the the pi cup rigorously for a few minutes.

 4. Open the pi cup and *drop the cover on the cup without turning to close* leave it for 30mins

 5. After 30mins, rinse the cup with warm water twice and sun the cover for 1hr. After then the cup is ready for use again.


To use the Pi cup properly, you put water in it to the max marker line (seen inside the cup) screw the lid on and make 30 to 60 shakes (like you would if shaking a medicine bottle - uptodown method).

 This shakes is what allows the energy stone from the bottom and top of the cup to interact with the water and neutralise it to a state of alkalinity. Once done, it is ready to drink. 

 As much as you can, try not to leave the water in it for too long as it increases the alkaline state of the water. Remember too much of everything is bad - you don't want your body to be in an over alkaline state.

 Also water can be drank from the cup 3 to 4 times a day so that your body isn't too alkaline

 N.B 
Do not drink water from it within half an hour before and after taking medication.
