INCENTIVES IN LONGRICH
1. *VIP INCENTIVES* (1% Global pv): LR shares 1% of its monthly global pvs among only VIPs when you start earning, This is shared in points not cash, d points can be used to fund TRAVEL, CAR n HOUSE, your vip points can be seen under INCENTIVE POINT MANAGEMENT under COMMISIONS in your backoffice.
2. *WORLDWIDE INCENTIVES* (2.5% of global pv) again LR shares another 2.5% of its global pv among D4 and above in d following manner.
A. *TRAVEL INCENTIVE* : D4 and above gets 1% out of this 2.5% for Car points.
B. *CAR INCENTIVE* : D6 and above gets additional 1% as car incentive points
C. *HOUSE INCENTIVE* : D7 and above gets d remaining 0.5% as house incentive points. 25M house cheque to SDs are funded from this incentive pool.
D4 and above 1% TRAVEL
D6 and above 1% CAR
D7 and above 0.5% HOUSE
3. *STAR DIRECTOR WORLDWIDE INCENTIVE* (1%) Points shared to SDs according to ranking.

PROMOS:
1. CAR PROMO : we have the PROMO CAR which runs for 12 months, LR announces requirements for promo car qualification at d beginning of d year in d backoffice.
A predetermined Team volume of- 80,000PVs, 150,000PVs, or 300,000PVs qualifies one for 3.5M, 6M and 10M respectively, for 2019 CAR promo.
2. TRAVEL PROMO : LR promotes 'All expense paid intl trip' every quarter through out d year.
Anyone who meets the requirements, qualifies.
