• By visiting Longrich America’s homepage www.LongrichAmerica.com, you can do the following three things about your Longrich business:
• Have access to your Back Office to check on your personal volume, your group volume, order history, commission history, new members in your group, etc.
• Sign up new members 3. Order products online.
• How to sign on to your Back Office (Will prepare separate instruction on how-to-use Back Office functions later)
• Go to www.LongrichAmerica.com
• Click on “My Backoffice” button on upper right-hand corner
• Enter your member ID number, Password, and the number shown in the “Check code” field. Then, click on “Login” button.
• If the landing page is in Chinese, you can use the drop-down menu to change the language.
• Here is what it looks like when the language is changed to English:
How to sign up a NEW member
• Go to www.LongrichAmerica.com
• Click on “Order / JOIN” button on upper right-hand corner
• On the new page, click on “JOIN” button on upper right-hand corner.
• Once the pop-up window appears to inform you to select items, click “Ok”
• On the bottom of the page, available product pictures are displayed. Click on the product you wish to purchase, then choose the number of quantity. In the case of the Energy Pots, you can choose the size as well. Here is how it looks like when the Energy Pot is clicked:

• Once the quantity and size is chosen, click on either the “Buy Products” or “Add to Cart” button, and the following order page will appear.

• Once all items are selected, please fill in all information requested on the lower part of the page:

• Select Shipping Method, check and review the amount on the right side, then check mark on two boxes to agree
to provide your personal information and to acknowledge the Return Policy. Then, “Checkout!”
• Enter Credit Card information, check the amount again.
• When ready, “Check Out!”
